For those who haven't exercised for a while, or have a weight problem, or who might be beginning an exercise program on medical advice, the BEGINNER'S program for three months is the way to start. This period is used to find out how you will respond to light exercise started at a level that will not have you worrying about whether you will survive.

On the BEGINNER'S level, you will learn to train your body to accept the concept of regular exercise and begin to see and feel the benefits of improving your energy and wellbeing. Your own level of exercise ability will dictate the rate you will improve and under the watchfull scrutiny of your coach you will be able to regularly increase your workouts until you achieve your first goals.
Continued exercise will then carry you through to the EXPERIENCED level where you will now be provided with your ANNUAL PLAN which will take into consideration your past progress and your future goals. Once these GOALS are set, you will receive your first specifically written, monthly TRAINING PROGRAM, providing you with your DAY BY DAY training sessions to show you how you can achieve your GOALS.
For those members who already train on an exercise program that provides direction and basic DAILY SESSIONS, the ADVANCED training program will provide the finer points of pace judgement, effort levels and peaking ability needed to gain
THE RESULT ON THAT DAY.
