PROGRAM FITNESS is a means whereby runners,
joggers, walkers, race walkers, of any ability or age can
begin, maintain or improve their health and fitness by running or walking
using a PERSONAL exercise program
under the expert supervision of an ARTHUR LYDIARD
trained and suitably qualified masters athlete.
AS A MEMBER, you will receive
assistance in GOAL SETTING and
a specific training program for your
goals -- along with knowledgeable feedback on any problems that you may encounter.
Your personalised fitness,
exercise program will be taylored to suit your needs.
You will find that your LIFESTYLE
and
WELLBEING will change for the better and that under the expert

Your inner motivation will mature and give you a much
stronger sense of self-achievement. BEGINNERS
will remain focused on achievable goals.

Existing exercise adherants who would like to achieve higher
activity levels, MARATHON training
maybe, or
even a shorter faster race, can get assistance with goal setting and methods
of reaching these goals while on the
EXPERIENCED program. This level of exercise
is aimed at improving existing levels of physical fitness.
SERIOUS RUNNERS and
RACE WALKERS who are currently spending significant time
training but wish
to PEAK for a specific
event (the Olympics?) will be able to aim for higher goals with a specific
pace judged
program and with a better chance of gaining injury-free progress to achievement
on the ADVANCED program.
RACE WALKERS worried
about technique problems can have their
style checked by the use of video sent by mail.
A little slow but it does work

each participant
